V. PRACTICE:

(a)  Law:

Dr. Al-Anezi Law Firm was established in 1997. It has since become one of the leading law offices in Kuwait because of devotion, seriousness, and professionalism. The Office is headed by Dr. Rashid Al-Anezi (Ph.D. Cantab.) (Lawyer and arbitrator). It Has two other Kuwaiti lawyers, Two full-time legal advisors, one part-time legal advisor, and many staff members for office and court works. It cooperates with many law professors at Kuwait University Law School. The Office deals with all kinds of cases. We are now the legal advisors and lawyers for Saudi Embassy, to mention one important client.

(b) Arbitration:

1.      Dr. Rashid Al-Anezi is a registered arbitrator (Class A) with the Department of Judicial Arbitration, Ministry of Justice.

2.      He was the president of arbitration between Al-Naser Athletic Club and United Group Company. The dispute involved more than one million KD claim.

3.      He is the Lawyer for Al-Reqei Safir Place Hotel in an on going arbitration against Safir Hotels Company. Our claim is for KD. 14 millions.

4.      He is the lawyer for Many VIP individuals in many arbitrations.
